3. Select invoices that pass verification and [Create Reimbursement Form] - [Submit Reimbursement].

Tips：If you need to print an invoice, after entering the invoice, select the invoice and click [Print Original Invoice], and you can print directly using the printer configured in the backend, without additional computer operation or connecting a printer; printing can be completed on a mobile phone. Even if you are out of town, it does not matter,It can be printed directly on a fixed printer anywhere~

4. After initiating approval in DingTalk, the initiator will also receive a system notification and needs to complete the reimbursement form content according to enterprise requirements (such as description, remarks, etc.; the enterprise may determine whether they are required). After completing the information, click [Submit] to enter the approval process.

5. The approver reviews the reimbursement information and, after confirming it is correct, clicks [Approve] to complete the approval.

6. After approval, the initiator refreshes in [Documents] and can see that the reimbursement form has been approved. At this point, if a paper document needs to be printed, there is likewise no need for computer operation or manual connection to a printer; printing can be done directly.

Previously, finance needed a large amount of manual statistics, verification, querying, and authenticity checking, and completing one invoice verification took 5 minutes; now photo recognition is completed in 3 seconds, improving efficiency a hundredfold.
