Article 20 - Transfer requirements and conditions

Article 20 specifies the requirements for government agencies, organizations, enterprises, public institutions, and other organizations to transfer electronic archives to archives repositories, as well as how special circumstances are handled.

Usually, various organizations should regularly transfer electronic archives to archives repositories in accordance with relevant national regulations, and archives repositories should unconditionally accept electronic archives that meet standards. For archives with strong professional specificity or confidentiality requirements, transfer may be delayed with the consent of the archives authority at the same level.
