Enterprise overview
Gambol Pet Food Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006, headquartered in Liaocheng, Shandong, mainly engaged in the R&D, production, and sales of pet food, with products covering staple food, snacks, and health care product series. It is one of Asia's largest pet food manufacturers. The company started with overseas pet food OEM processing, with products sold to more than 30 countries and regions including Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea; in 2013 it created its own brand "Myfoodie," positioned in the mid-to-high-end pet food market. The company has been listed on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
Business pain points
- Serving a large number of individual consumers and a small number of enterprise customers, with dense transaction volumes and small per-transaction amounts, invoicing requests are concentrated at the moment of consumption and at month-end. After the rollout of fully digitalized e-invoices, the original invoicing method cannot support business peaks in either invoicing quota or concurrency capability. The qualification application, message specifications and joint debugging testing of the Leqi Direct Connection interface are highly specialized, self-integration timelines are uncontrollable, and tax authority rule changes must be continuously tracked. Once the invoicing channel is interrupted, it directly affects collections and customer delivery, and a single-channel solution lacks disaster recovery capability
- Inconsistent invoicing standards across entities make it difficult for the group to supervise subsidiaries from a tax perspective. The State Taxation Administration's promotion of Leqi Direct Connection is the established direction for fully digitalized e-invoices. Early adoption not only improves invoicing quotas and stability but also reserves space for future business expansion
Solutions
- Complete qualification docking, message adaptation, and sandbox joint debugging for the Leqi interface, and output a solution that can be directly used in the production environment. Business systems can issue invoices by calling standard interfaces.
- Establish a primary-backup dual-channel mechanism, automatically switching when the primary channel is abnormal to ensure invoicing operations are not interrupted
- After issuance, the PDF, OFD, and XML format files are automatically returned and archived, meeting the compliance preservation requirements for the original files of fully digitalized e-invoices.
- Ultimately achieving unified invoicing and centralized supervision for multiple entities within the group, connecting business-finance-tax integration at the informatization level
- And reserving a unified access method for subsequently connecting more tax entities, so new entities do not need to integrate from scratch when going live
