Enterprise overview
Tianjin Ziya Economic Development Group was established in 2004 with funding from the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jinghai District, Tianjin, with registered capital of 1.426 billion yuan. It is the investment, development, construction, and operation entity of the Ziya Economic and Technological Development Zone, responsible for the investment, operation, construction, and maintenance of the development zone's infrastructure, public facilities, and under-forest economic belt. It is currently China's largest circular economy park and a China-Japan circular city cooperation project.
Business pain points
- Sellers are mostly natural persons without invoicing qualifications, and are unwilling to go to the tax bureau to issue invoices themselves;
- Enterprise finance and suppliers need to contact and follow up repeatedly, and then suppliers go to the tax authorities to handle invoice issuance, which is time-consuming and labor-intensive, and often leads to inaccurate enterprise financial accounting due to inadequate communication.
Solutions
- Adopt the reverse invoicing model to ensure consistency among the fund flow, invoice flow, and business flow, meeting tax authorities' requirements for business authenticity and invoice compliance
- Natural person suppliers no longer need to travel to tax bureaus themselves
- Supporting unified archiving and trace retention of electronic accounting archives
Results achieved
- Enhance tax compliance and reduce tax risks caused by issues such as invoice anomalies
- By promoting the 'three flows in one' reverse invoicing model, promote the establishment of a sound financial and tax management system in the resource recycling industry, improve the overall standardization and transparency level of the industry, and facilitate the long-term healthy development of the industry
