Enterprise overview
Raycom Property Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Beijing in 2001, starting as a real estate business platform within the Legend Holdings system. In its early days, it undertook the development and construction of commercial properties such as Lenovo Science Park, Shenzhen R&D Center, and Raycom Infotech Center. In 2003, it entered the residential development field and gradually formed a multi-city layout in Beijing, Tianjin, Wuhan, Changsha, Chongqing, Hefei, Wuxi, Yixing, and other cities. Its products cover apartments, garden houses, villas, and other types. Its business focuses on two major segments: residential development and property holding and operation, with more than ten regional project companies under it.
Business pain points
- When encountering problems, you can only find someone temporarily to handle them, and response time is uncontrollable. There is a lack of ability to follow up on tax authority-side interface rule updates, and failures are often discovered only when filing or invoicing fails
- Fault troubleshooting and version upgrades lack a fixed responsible party and time commitment. Tax policies and interface specifications change frequently, and the system requires continuous adaptation to remain usable
Solutions
- Establish fixed service windows and response mechanisms, covering daily inspections, health checks, fault response, and recovery
- Undertakes adaptation and upgrades for functional adjustments and tax bureau rule changes, with a clear responsible party and time commitment for issues
- Continuously monitor system operating status, detecting anomalies in advance rather than remediating afterward
- Ultimately ensuring the system runs stably during the service period, with no need for enterprises to allocate dedicated operations and maintenance personnel
- At the same time, past failures and handling processes are accumulated into a knowledge base, continuously shortening response times for similar issues
